What we cannot help with
LOLBABY does not sell products and never processes payment. When you select “Buy now” you complete your purchase on the retailer’s own site, so we have no record of your order.
For anything about a delivery, a return, a refund or a warranty claim, contact the retailer you bought from — they will resolve it far faster than we can.
Response time
We reply within two working days. Accessibility barriers and privacy requests are treated as priorities.
Reporting a safety concern
If you believe a product we feature has been recalled or is unsafe, tell us and we will review it immediately. For an urgent hazard, contact the manufacturer and your national product safety regulator first.
